Trishul Adventures understand the importance of individual privacy and the protection of personal information and data is our utmost priority. 

Trishul Adventures Pvt. Ltd., is an Indian Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 4B 101, Mahindra Bloomdale, MIHAN, Khapri, Nagpur (MH) – 441108. 

This Policy describes how we treat user information we collect on our platforms (website, social media handles, etc) and other offline sources. By visiting and/or using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you have an objection to our policy, please do not use our Website or any other social media platform managed by Trishul Adventures Pvt. Ltd.

Information Collected by us – 

We collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, address, etc. We collect your billing name, billing address, and payment method when you book a trip/trek with us. We NEVER collect any other financial information like credit card number, expiry date, or other details on our website. 

How this information is Collected – 

We collect data through our platforms like website, Facebook Page, Instagram Page, or any similar platform, also through the physical forms/declarations submitted to us.

How we use this information – 

  • The user’s information is being stored and processed in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and the Rules thereunder. 
  • We use the information to contact you: We might use the information you provide to contact you for confirmation of a purchase on our website or to confirm your registration for an event.
  • We will be using the user’s information for marketing and promotional purposes, conduct surveys, contest, etc. for our products and services which might be of interest to our customers. However, this is only done with the user’s consent and the user has all the right to opt out and deny receiving these messages. 
  • The data is also used for analyses purpose which helps us in making our products and services better and allows us to take proactive measures toward the safety of our customers.   
  • It also helps in optimizing our process and offering a better user experience to our customers.
  • We use the information to understand & resolve the issues and grievances of our unhappy customers.
  • The media (photographs & videos) created by our representatives during the trek/trips is our intellectual property. You may get feature in this content. While agreeing to our terms and services, you permit us to use such creative content, unless specified otherwise by a participant, before the start of the event. 
  • If we will publish the content created by our participants on our platforms, we will be doing that while giving due credit to the creator. 
  • We use information as otherwise permitted by law.

 

Sharing Information with third-parties

  • We will share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. We share information with vendors who help us manage our online registration process or payment processors or transactional message processors. Some vendors may be located outside of India.
  • We will share information with our business partners. We do not share the personal information of customers with anyone unnecessarily. However, for safety and/or arrangement purposes with an intent to make your experience a better one, we may require you to share your personal information (name & contact details) with the relevant vendors.
  • We may share information if we think we have to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. We will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests it. Or, we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud.
